Onsite Company Exams
- If you have four or more examinees for the Foundation or the Foundation Level exams, you may have ASTQB come to your site to administer the exam. If you have 4 to 7 examinees, the cost is only a $200 Proctor fee for a Foundation Level exam or $300 Proctor fee for an Advanced Level exam in addition to the normal exam fee; for 8 or more, there is no extra charge beyond the exam fee.

- Onsite Exam Preparation and Details
You may register all of your employees at once with a company check or credit card by simply supplying all the names and confirming the exam date and place in your correspondence. Alternatively, each employee can register individually online or by printing out the form and faxing it in with a credit card. In any case, please complete your registration no later than two weeks from the exam date.
If additions or deletions to the examinee list are needed, those can be communicated to ASTQB headquarters. The Proctor will have a few extra exams, so last minute additions of less than five people can usually be accommodated.
Two weeks prior to the exam, please let us know the:
• Exact location of the exam
• Exact time for all to be assembled
• Any security protocols our Proctor should know about entering the property
• Onsite contact person and phone and email
On the day of the exam each examinee will need a photo ID and a pencil or pen – nothing else. The room should be conducive to an exam: quiet, room for each person at a table, good lighting and sound control, no interruptions. Once the exam begins, no one will be allowed to enter or leave. A flip chart or white board is appreciated so that the Proctor can write his/her name and start and end times.
We specify that within two weeks all examinees will have their results. Often, it is sooner. All examinees receive an email of their results, followed by a mailed certificate suitable for framing if they passed. Please note that ASTQB will not divulge individual results to anyone other than the examinee. If you wish your employees to give you their scores or results, you must coordinate that directly with them.
